Last night we had an emergency call out to a customer that had got their Mortice key stuck in the lock from the inside and needed to get the problem sorted as they were due to fly the next morning.

Today we received a call from a customer that was locked out in the cold, we arrived within 30 minutes and got them safely back into their property.

Tonight we had an emergency lock out where a young ladies Chubb 3G114 had stopped working and she needed to get back in from the cold, our engineer arrived within 30 minutes and completed the job much to the customers satisfaction.

We had an emergency callout last night from a customer who had locked his deadlock from the inside and the lock had broken and he was unable to leave the property, we picked open the 5 Lever Era Lock and replaced it for a brand new fully working lock, the customer was very pleased.

One of our contract letting agents called us to open and change a YALE AND CHUBB 3G114 within the hour, we completed much to their appreciation.

Today we opened and changed installed a new Chubb 3G114 to our customers front door.

A customer called us her Chubb lock had stopped working and she was locked in, our engineer arrived within the hour to open and replace the lock.
